| Cancellation before 10 days of departure | 20 % of total camp fee |
| Cancellation between 2-10 days of departure | 40% of total camp fee |
| Cancellation within 2 days of departure | 100 % of total camp fee |
Charges in case of cancellation by Bikat
1. Cancellation before 5 days of departure : No Charges
2. Cancellation within 5 days of start of camp: 20 % of total camp fee
3. Cancellation after start of camp due to natural disaster or law and order or a political situation : 100 % of total camp fee
Participants can shift their date of camp. Shifting of dates is subject to availability of seat in the requested batch. An email intimation is to be given at info@bikatadventures.com for shifting of dates. Following charges apply in case of shifting of dates
