So today is the day!

After a month of posting, hashtagging, sharing, and voting we are finally announcing the results of our "Trek photographer of the month contest".

But first, we would like to say big thanks to everyone for participating! 

With more than 450 amazing trekking shots, selecting 3 winners was a daunting task for our judge, Mr. Nitish Pandey and the results were very close, particularly amongst the top 15 nominations.

 

And now the winners!

 

1st Prize (Bikat Voucher worth INR 10,000): Kriti Gupta

The Composition is everything that makes this picture perfect visual treat for eyes.


2nd Prize (Bikat Voucher worth INR 6,000): Pralaya Simha Yedida

The drama of action is captured with all the details in the silhouette subject with beautiful colors in the background which is perfectly exposed to give a dreamy effect.


3rd Prize (Bikat Voucher worth INR 3,000): Souvik Ghosh

Perfectly balanced Blacks and the whites, footsteps and a wide frame tell the story.


Also, announcing the Viewers' Choice Prize (Bikat Voucher worth INR 5,000) who has been selected by our viewers in a 5-Day long vote on our website.

Ashutosh Dhasmana- His picture got maximum (635) out of a total of (2061) eligible votes.

Guest Judge: Nitish Pandey
Nitish has about 5 years of experience on Photography training and Workshops. He has worked for the two known imaging giants, Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. and Canon India Pvt. Ltd among other similar companies. Nitish’s work abides by a certain love for travel and architecture, as he would say his 3 favorite R(s)- Rivers, Ruins, and Rocks, and he never fails to paint the most enthralling of sceneries via light and his camera.
